• The menu options, when they are not out of them, are very unusual.
• Everything else, from service, customer care, to presentation.

“I dined here recently, and was very disappointed with this restaurant. We were seated and waited for 35 minutes, without apology, in the bar area vs. the restaurant, which made conversation impossible due to extreme noise. Our server was very nice, but every other person we deal with seemed disinterested in service. Several carrot & broccoli rabe orders were replaced with spinach, and the kitchen's explanation was we thought you wouldn't notice. My poultry was served raw, and when I asked to have it cooked, an expediter brought back a small plate with two slices of meat and literally threw it at my place. We never saw a manager or owner to deal with these problems, and received no apology whatsoever.”

• Beautiful ambiance.
• Poor dinner selections.

“Love the ambiance & location. But we have no problem spending good money on good food; however we were extremely unimpressed with the menu & our dishes. We had been there once before and we loved the dishes that we ordered. But with the changing of the menu, options were limited.”

• Very good food, friendly staff.
• Noise, tables covered with paper, does not respect reservations.

“1. The restaurant is very noisy. 2. Although we had reservations, we had to wait for more than an hour to get our table! And this happened more than once! 3. Also, for a restaurant with these prices they should have cloth coverings for the tables ant not paper. It is a shame that for these reasons we and our friends do not choose 2vine anymore although their food is very good.”
