• Nothing.
• Slow service and loud atmosphere.

“The slowest service I've ever had. This was the third and last time I ate there. Besides being over an hour to get our food to us they even messed up the orders and brought us wrong selections. I saw the cooks going in and out the door using cell phones instead of doing their job, not to mention they looked like convicts! Really I'd eat somewhere else because the food is just average but the service is poor.”

• Really great food, very clean, great wait staff.
• Good places get crowded on weekends.

“Best Cajun and steaks in the region! This is on my top three lists in West Virginia, the #1 best anywhere for Cajun, and yest I've been to Louisiana and had the real stuff. Great beer selection, including a local brewery selection that is excellent. The owners are just really nice people and the wait staff is always just great.”

“A friend of mine eats here often and raves about the food and the atmosphere. Yes the place was crowded but, folks are here for a reason. Nice selection of beer and the food we had been out of this world. Everyone here was extremely friendly which gives it a wonderful atmosphere. I'm now becoming a regular.”

• Wait staff is low.

“Backwoods grill is freaking awesome! I love it there. I live really close, so I get to eat there a lot. The new location is 10 times better than the old one. However, right now it's crowded, just because its good though. They have a lot more parking places, and the inside is really clean. They food is still great like always. If you never were getting a lot of friends to go, so you can try all these dishes at once. For an appetizer try the French fry frenzy, salad get the house dressing, then for the meals try one of these: chicken salad with ranch dressing, the burger, blackened steak salad, chicken wings (all types), steak, and if you like spicy, anything Cajun. Go there, and get the best food experience of your life.”

• A little short handed with wait staff.

“Backwoods Grill is a great restaurant! It is small and has a rustic feel. (Bears in the corner.) The steaks are the best ever! Try them with mushrooms. They have a lot of special dishes. My kids love the appetizer "French Fry Frenzy." They also have a super sandwich called "The Gobbler." It has turkey, cream cheese and just a touch of cranberry sauce. It is awesome! Their one of a kind house dressing is a highlight of every salad. Don't think you are in the woods, when you eat there. It is a great place to just unwind and have a great meal. ”
