• Wait staff are nice.
• No free tea refills.

“Good service, warm atmosphere, reasonable prices. The food is fine not great but as far as diners go, there are a lot worse. I've never been to Chester in my life but had to spend a week there and went to the diner for lunch every day and really enjoyed how friendly the wait staff were.”

• Nothing.
• Restrooms were dirty with at least 2 of the 3 toilets clogged. Dirty floor mops propped along wall outside rest room.

“Service was poor. Food order took a very long time to be brought to the table and when it arrived it was luke warm. Baked potato was brought with no butter or sour cream and it took 5 minutes to get the staff's attention to come by to bring the butter. The cooked vegetables were undercooked. My wife had an Italian dish was very disappointed by the poor quality of the tomato sauce. ”
