• The rib eye steak was excellent.
• The chairs were quite uncomfortable.

“I went there with a group of co-workers for lunch and had the rib eye steak as recommended from the review. Mar 23, 2007 by Scott from Hillsborough. I must agree that the steak was amazing and cooked to perfection. I was equally impressed with how well they seasoned the steak. I will go back in the near future for another steak. The service was lacking when only the two steaks for the table came out, the rest of the table had to wait for a few minutes, before their lunch menu items were brought to the table. The atmosphere is rustic with uncomfortable chairs and the waiter needed to pull his pants up. This is not the street corner. Overall, since the steak was so good I would recommend this place.”

• Steak was tender and cooked to perfection.
• Salad bar could have been a bit larger.

“I have passed this restaurant several times and finally went in last night with my wife. I had the rib eye steak and she had the stuffed shrimp. The rib eye steak was excellent, it was cooked perfectly and you could cut it with butter knife. My wife's stuffed shrimp were tasty, the shrimp were medium size and bake potato side was good also. We did not have dessert. The service was great; our waitress was over several times to make sure we had everything we needed. The decor is that of an older type pub with dark wood and a rustic feel. I would recommend trying it if you are in the area. Prices were inline with a Friday type restaurant but the food was much better and the feel was much more home town.”

• I liked the atmosphere of a friendly neighborhood restaurant.
• It is closed on Sunday.

“We have been to Sarah Jane's four or five times and each time the service was good, the food was very good and the place very comfortable. We intend to go back.”
