• At least we're not there right now.
• Smoky atmosphere, bad food, bad service.

“Being new to the area, my wife & I took our new daughter in search of a good fish fry. We didn't find it here. The fish was over cooked and rubbery. In fact, my wife ended up using her knife to cut hers up! Being poor food, we certainly didn't think it provided any value at all. Also, we're not anti smoking, but the non smoking section that we chose was open to a really smoky bar area. The smoking dining room, meanwhile, was closed off on the other side, which would seem to be a more logical place to have the non-smoking section. Really a bad experience. We dine out quite often and this was a major let down. My wife is bathing our daughter right now as she smells like an ashtray!”

• Saturdays are very busy and you might have to wait.

• The nasty owner.

“The owner of this restaurant should take some classes on to treat his customers. We had a very poor experience at the Blew Inn. We were rushed to our table to dine and had to wait 45mins for our meal. The waitress only came by one time after the long wait to tell us that they were busy and had to serve a big party in the other room. But three other tables that were seated after us had gotten their food and were done eating. When our food finally arrived it was not cooked the way we had ordered it. We sent it back and told the waitress we were not happy with the whole situation. The owner came over said if we didn't like it to leave and took our food away. He wouldn't even listen to what we had to say. All he did was use nasty language. We have never been treated like this before in a restaurant, and we will never go there again. And if anyone wants to go I suggest you go somewhere else.”

• Love everything about it.
• Wish it was closer to Madison.

“Fantastic Food! Best prime rib you'll ever have! No doubt about it! Chinese food is delicious! Great supper club atmosphere that is so rare today! Local owner that prides himself on great food, great value, and great service! It is a must visit!”
