• Fabulous food and great value.
• Bathrooms desperately need to be updated.

“If you like authentic Japanese home-style food, this is the place for you! It is great for families (kids' menu) and offers tremendous value, particularly at lunch. We have enjoyed this restaurant numerous times and always look forward to returning, whenever we visit Hawaii. Their sushi and sashimi are extremely fresh and you know you've struck gold when the locals tell you it's their favorite. Their desserts are also worth a mention, particularly their haupia pie (kind of like a sweet potato). Truly a great find, this place is worth the drive from downtown.”
