• Location on the beach.
• Watered down drinks expensive for poor quality food.

“This place is falling down fast. Last year meal prices were $6.99 -- this year the same meals are $16.99. You get 3 drinks for the price of 1 drink, but they are watered down so much you can't even recognize what you've got! Our waitress was not there - she was miffed we wanted to wait and have our first drink before ordering and couldn't get her to come back. I flagged her down to get a drink more to my liking and when she returned 15 minutes later it was just as bad as the first drink, so we just left. In this complex go to Sloppy Joe's instead - much more fun and better drinks. I'm sad about Max's as it was good in past years but something seriously has happened.”
