• The best fried chicken we ever had.
• Sometimes too much pepper and too salty and the quality went down hill.

“My husband and I have been eating Mrs. Winners fried chicken for years and have always enjoyed it. About two months ago we went to Mrs. Winners in Cartersville, Georgia - where we always go. The fried chicken was not good. It was almost like they had changed the recipe. The gravy even had a different taste to it. Needless to say we said we would not go back there again. Well recently we decided to give it one more chance. It was worse than it was a couple of months ago. We were very disappointed. We also had this same experience at the location in Canton, Georgia. We really miss the old Mrs. Winners.”

• At drive in didn't have to wait long.
• Supposed to have satisfied customers.

“The biscuit was old looking or cooked to long. I ask for another one and it look like the first one. When I mentioned I did not want that one either I was told all of them looked the same. They didn't even go to see if they had one just stood there telling me the same thing. I pay for my meals and expect to get good service.”

• I normally like the food, I will go to chic-fill-a from now on.
• Bad customer service managers need to be re-train.

“I visit the Dallas store 1 x a week I have recently quit because the food is cold taste is not there or they don't get the order right I went through there today and they forgot to give me part of my meal the manager said that if I come in there right now b-4 he gets off his shift he will give me the rest of my order, what I want to know is where is the customer svc in that!”

• The older lady at the cash register.
• The younger 400 LB ugly talking lady who came around the corner.

“Never think you can have it your way, at Mrs. Winners. Just ask for a splash of gravy on their dry steak biscuit, you know like you'd want Ketchup and mustard on a hamburger and you'll get your head bit off. But that's ok, it's so long Mrs. Winners. Maybe they'll close them all, like they did the one in Roswell.”

• The staff was cordial.
• The 'spicy' chicken was awful and cannot compete with Popeye's!

“The 'spicy' chicken was not spicy. The cooking oil was WAY over due for a changing and the chicken tasted like it. I had not bought anything from Mrs. Winners for a LONG time, now I know why. I don't fault the personnel, I fault the company for not enforcing rules that will prevent this from occurring.”

• The chicken is good.
• The staff never have coupons and seem to busy to deal with the customers.

• Chicken.
• Sides and chicken is being cooked with to much salt.

“Over-all Mrs. Winners has real good food, but any time you sell fried chicken there need to be corn on the cob sold also.”

• Our server was friendly.
• Men's bathroom so disgusting.

“Front door stuck and it took real effort to open. Bathroom was disgusting, toilet soiled and would not flush, paper towels not working. Staff was too talkative amongst themselves and not paying attention to customers. Potatoes were cold, chicken was paltry. First and last time to visit this piedmont road in midtown location.”

• Cumming/needs to get chicken done. Last few times was red near the bone.

“Manager was rude and didn't bother to thank us; I mean if it was a normal associate. I wouldn't expect it but a manager. It wasn't even busy. No music on or anything, just awkward silence hearing people joking around in the back. Messy tables. This is the one on Lawrenceville Suwannee road. The chicken breast was super dry and salty. Gravy was clumpy. Asked for sauce and she just threw sauce down. My 1st time eating there since I heard good things about it but this location ruined it for me.”

• The food is cheap with coupons.
• You always have to wait for your food.

“This is the only "fast" food restaurant on my way home at the moment. Every time I visit I have to wait for chicken strips, potato wedges, whatever. Sometimes they will tell you they don't have the food at the drive-thru. Thank goodness they are building some other restaurants nearby.”
