• Everything, especially the food.
• Nothing.

“I'm looking forward to dining at land and sea again. The prices were average, but the food was outstanding! My boyfriend and I ordered quite a bit of food, and every bite, down to the amaretto cheesecake, was amazing. The lobster ravioli was the best I had ever enjoyed, as well as the brochette. Also, the service was timely and polite. I would feel more than comfortable recommending this restaurant to anyone.”

“How is this place even still open? The owner is a grouch with no personality. Food is low grade.”
