  • Okay burgers.
  • Lousy dining area.

“Phil's is the usual greasy spoon for burgers, hot dogs, etc. Okay food in a pinch. If I owned it though, I would definitely spruce up the eating area inside. They should try to improve the lovely shady cove area. Nothing special. Run by teenagers.”
