• Good food, very reasonably priced.
• I think it gets very busy in the evenings, so you need to book ahead.

“I had just about the best fried chicken ever here. It's a lovely building - for the us it is really old, and full of history. There are plenty of exposed beams and the walls and doorframes are charmingly wonky! Our waitress told us that at one time, back in the late 1700 or early 1800 it used to house a brothel upstairs for the travelers who would pass by. The service was friendly and it made a great change from the formulaic, chain type restaurants that you get everywhere else.”
