• awesome sides
• dessert was not great

“Steak was cooked exactly how I asked, but this should be expected from NYC steakhouses. I got the filet which did have a bit of fat on it-you should be able to eat every bite of a filet from a nice steakhouse. The sides are where this restaurant shines. Goosefat potatoes were excellent as was the creamed spinach. Whipped potatoes were very solid. Dessert was unspectacular-I had the creme brulee which was average at best, I tasted the profiteroles au chocolat which were had way too much fudge with them. Overall it was a good experience, service was courteous and responsive, steak and side were quite good, and atmosphere was interesting. Not one of the best steakhouses in NY, but worth a try for the sides with your steak.”
