• Decent food.
• Worst service ever and treated very rudely.

“Food was fine but the service was the worst ever. We waited 45 minutes with dirty plates sitting in front of us from the appetizers while the waiter kept walking by, meanwhile asking the regulars if everything is ok. We were hoping to make a movie but we missed it. Since we could not get our waiter's attention, we called over the owner and mentioned that we were waiting over 45 minutes for our food while other tables that came in afterwards were already served their entrees and appetizers. The owner/manager? Was very rude and said we were wrong and we just got our appetizers and we told him it was false and we were sitting with dirty plates all this time. He continued to disagree. I guess the customer isn¿t important at Bengal tiger, especially if you are not a regular. Then the waiter arrived with the food complaining we were requesting the food that wasn't ready and he brought our bread first which became cold, waiting for the food. We asked for new bread and he refused to bring it. We dine out often and very rarely have any issues at all, so I felt the necessity to write this because we were shocked at how rude most of the staff was as well as the owner/manager. The service was truly awful.”
