• Closeness to the restaurant.
• Your staff not knowing how to do their job and I get no meal.

“After traveling five hours for a business trip, while waiting to get checked in at the hotel, I saw Applebees advertisement. Wanting to treat myself out, I called and placed an oder (12oz ribeye, salad, bake pototoe).after waiting the required 20 minutes as I was told by the watirss who took my order. I arrived at the resturant expecting "Carside serve" only to be amazed, there wasnt none but their advertisement said they did (hum). I go inside and speak with the bartender, only to have the bartender to tell me, "He did not have an order for me and the person who called it maybe they didn't call it in." I explained, "I am the one that called the order in." After several seconds of searching, the manager arrives. The manager told me again "There was no order placed." I informed the manager, "I called the order in and spoke with a women". After researching and asking the waitress, finally an order was produced,oh no not the food the order it self. Apparently, the waitress put my order down apparently not where it was suppose to be. The manager appologized for the mix up. He did offer to fix my order but I would have to wait another 20 minutes. To say, the least, I left and not very impressed with this resturant. You think, I would be offered a free meal.”
