• Just about everything.
• Changes.

“My parents live in Venice, FL, and mark iv is a tradition for us whenever we visit. We love the atmosphere, food, and staff. Every time we dine here, I look to my right and state, "this is I really want to live" as I survey the boats and homes. Unfortunately, all this is coming to an end. The local theme is "Venice is the new Naples." How sad for all of us who have loved Venice for over 30 years. My parents tell me we won't recognize mark iv anymore the view is gone and the boat slips are here. Rumor has it this area will be eventually be taken over by high rise condos, etc. so please visit soon and give mark iv a big hug.”
