• Policy on refund, or exchange, or to remake anything.

“Dear chards customers, I was there one day during my lunch break, and I witnessed another lady order a taco salad. The order was taken wrong and the owner tried to make it seem like it was the customers fault. He argued with her instead of offering to make her lunch over, or just give her a refund. Poor customer service to me! I will never go back, and I advise anyone else, to if you do go there, to have your order right, or shall I say make sure the cashier takes your order down the right way, because if not the manager will be on his workers side and not yours. The worker will not admit that they were wrong either just stand back and let the manager act like a fair fool.”
