• I have not had a good experience there.
• There food is undercooked and there service is poor.

“My friend and I love Arby's and stopped at the Valparaiso Location once a week for 6 weeks. Mostly late at night. 5 out of 6 times, the order was wrong. Went back once, told them to fix it. Drove away and it was still wrong. 6 out of 6 times my friend ordered there potatoes cakes. Freshly Cooked. Every time they were cold and undercooked in the center. They would remake them and the outside would be great but don't get to the middle. They never once refunded our money and we had to sit and wait and still get incorrect or undone replacement orders. We will no longer go to that location and we plan to report them to the local health department for undercooked food. Management at that store can never tell you how to contact there corporate office and they always act like you are bothering them when you want an order corrected.”
