• Great food and friendly service!
• We only get to make it there once or twice a year.

“My family goes to this restaurant every summer. I have never had a bad experience. The staff has always been nothing but friendly to us and the food is always great. We love to go on Tuesdays for the ribs. They are the best! Also a big fan of the cheesy potato soup (cheese, bacon, potatoes, wild rice) It's delicious! I saw all the comment about having slow service. I do think it has taken a while to get our food at times, but it never bothers us as we are on vacation and enjoying the atmosphere as well as each other's company. It's nice to be on the lake and be in no hurry.”

• Nice, clean restrooms.
• Long wait for food to arrive.

“We were a group of 12. After our drink order came and we all ordered, we waited an hour and a half for our food. An hour an a half! Spending (wasting) almost 3 hours there. Unacceptable in my world. We were out celebrating our friends 60th birthday, and I did not want to make a scene. My husband had to leave because it took so long for the food to arrive. We took his meal in a to go box which he heated up on Saturday to eat. He threw it in the garbage. It was a chimichanga which I guess they are known for how good they are. Other than that, we liked the atmosphere. Clean restrooms. Guess they just need new kitchen help!”

• The lady bartending gave exceptionally good service.
• The attitude of the hostess/waitress and the eternal wait for everything.

“The hotel cannot hide the absolutely awful service and rudeness of the blond hostess/waitress. I think the food might be good, but we never got ours after waiting over an hour for a table and then another hour before seeing hostess/waitress again. The really unsettling thing is that this misguided self important bleach blond got all uppity with us as if we had done her wrong. I suspect the fire was a sign of some sort, maybe a cold day in before you actually might be treated like you are welcomed there.”

• The lady bartender who actually understands service.
• Waiting and waiting and waiting and being made to feel like we were not part of the private club of people who get seated and served.

“I would like to tell you about the food, but we never got any. Not what one usually goes to a restaurant for.”
