• Nothing.

“La Posta restaurant in Old Mesilla, NM is by far the finest Mexican food restaurant I have found anywhere. Their creamy green Chile con queso, served with fresh corn tortillas is head and shoulders above any Mexican appetizer I have ever eaten. For food, atmosphere and service, I rate La Posta a solid nine.”

“Worst food I've had in a long time. Granted, it's a nice place but can't make up for mediocre meals! Eat new Mexican somewhere else!”

• The red chili.
• The wait.

“Best red chili I have ever eaten. We are new Mexicans and are very picky about our chili. And it is by far, the best I have ever eaten. Great service. I love the birds.”
