• A good idea for a restaurant.
• Food is prepared on the cheap, very watered down, very disappointing.

“I stopped for dinner (last time I will ever), ordered a steak, rare, and got a 1/4in thick overcooked rubbery excuse for a steak in cattle country yet. Decided to try breakfast a year later and got transparent super watered down coffee, French toast that was fried plain bread ( I mean just bread out of the bag, no egg), and my dad who ordered a chicken sandwich got two pieces of bread with some chicken in between. I asked why nothing else was included on the sandwich like mayo, lettuce, tomato etc, and was told that I would have to order a deluxe version (not on menu). The owner's are very cheap and try their best to serve the most minimal they can. Word around town from the locals is "stay away". Locals will not eat there but Helen¿s survives by selling to travelers passing through town who will never come back.”
