• The service.
• The place needs better music and more to look at.

“I personally enjoyed my stay at KFC/taco bell. The manager is great, took great care of us. Also another employees were very helpful too.”

• I myself did not eat the food at KFC.
• The place was not clean, the people that worked there did not seem to know their jobs.

“I took my 2 teen age boys to KFC in Red Oak last Friday night at 5pm. We were on our way to Omaha to meet friends & go to a game. We had allot of time until we stopped to eat. We first went to the drive through & sat for 5 minutes without moving. We then parked & went inside in hopes it would be faster. We were there for 20 min. We were giving our food to go & when we finally got back on the road we noticed we had nothing to eat our mashed potatoes with. We were late to meet our friends, late too the game & my son spent 5min. in the bathroom once we got to the game because the food made him sick.”
