• Very happy and courteous staff. Food was fresh and hot. Two thumbs up!
• Nothing negative.

“Everybody was really nice to me. The restaurant is very clean. The staff was working hard and got things done quickly. I think it's the best kick I¿ve ever been to. Good job!”

• Our order was packed correctly.
• Poor customer service, and the poor quality of the product.

“I had very poor customer service from the girl working the drive-through. She was very pushy for us to finish our order; used a lot of, "is that all" after each thing we ordered. I asked her to repeat our order, as it was a little complicated, and she would not, instead just telling us our total. I honked the horn to get her attention, and got no response. When pulling up to the window, she said absolutely nothing to us the entire time. I wanted to ask her a question, and couldn't because she probably had the speaker shut off. I honked the horn 3 times, and a boy came and told us that if we honked the horn anymore, we would not be allowed to come back. I called to speak with the manager, and the guy that answered the phone, Skyler, just sat there, or set the phone down, and did not give it to the manager. I used to be the store manager here and I know how things are supposed to be run. I know the manager, Kurt, was there because I saw his car. He obviously is doing a pretty pathetic job at running this store. I have heard various different complaints about KFC since I have left, and I will be spreading the word to everyone I know. You guys need some serious customer service training, because your customer service sucked. I have never had such an awful experience anywhere else, and if any of you employees were working for me, you wouldn't last long. I suggest the manager grow a backbone and start making employees do their job the way they are supposed to. ”
