• Food quality and price.
• Main counter person's treatment of customers (unfriendly, curt).

“It's really sad when the staff of an otherwise great establishment ruin the experience to the point that's it's not worth it to eat there anymore. My husband and I returned to the area after being away in Seattle for 9 years and were so excited to find this awesome place that had great food at great prices. But after eating here 8-10 times, we realized that the main counter person's curt, unfriendly treatment was leaving a bad taste in our mouths regardless of how good the food was. What's even more troubling is observing how friendly she treats some customers (usually older folks) while snubbing others. It doesn't seem to make good business sense to employ staff that don't make the customers feel welcome-unfortunately they just lost two otherwise happy customers.”
