“When it took 5 minutes to take our order and 10 minutes to serve our water then I knew something special coming. It took 40 minutes to serve the food! The restaurant was at best 50% full at that time. They told me that there was a computer problem and my order was mixed up. I have been in this type of situation twice, once I got the whole check off while the other time the restaurant gave me $10 off. This time it is nothing! The waiter did not even say sorry! Only thing he did was he took his tips out of the credit card automatically! Yes, when I came out, I gave them a piece of my mind. Please don't go there if you have a family with you.”
