• The pizza was decent.
• 20% gratuity included, for a party of 2. Are they kidding?

“Like others here, I also left with a very bad taste in my mouth when I received the bill. It was just two of us and they added a 20% gratuity! The worst part was that the bill came and there was a line for TIP on the bill! I confronted the manager about it and he said that it was the credit card company that did that. I told him that if that was the case, why didn't he cross it out himself? Or why didn't the server tell me the tip was included when she brought the bill? He said it says that we do that in the menu. He was right about that. At the very bottom of the very busy cover in small, white print that blended in with the cover, there it was for all not to see. Are they kidding? I seriously wonder how many people there have been duped into leaving a tip on top of the tip they were unknowingly being charged?!? Decent food but really shabby, shady business practices. I obviously will not be going back and I will certainly tell everyone. I have a mind to contact someone in local government to look into this. It may not be illegal, but it sure is immoral and sleazy. If I could leave 0 stars I would.”

• Leaving the restaurant.
• Spaghetti is to small and the meatballs do not taste good.

“Only order a pizza as other menu items that we had are not very tasty. Plus, there is mandatory tip when you use a coupon. This you do not suspect until you get receive your bill. This was my first and last visit to Manhattan Pizza.”

• The sodas are cold...
• Add a 15% if you dine in for nonexistent service.

“The food is passable, a little greasy, but the service and atmosphere are really Nasty. Don't use the bathroom and realize that if you dine in they are automatically going to add a 15% gratuity to you check despite the lack of any service...”

• Pizza is good.
• Rude owner would prefer you take your business elsewhere.

“I've been coming to this location for the past ten years. Recently they instituted a mandatory tip. When using a coupon, the mandatory tip was applied to the potential full ticket value rather than the coupon value. When we asked the owner about this, we were basically told to take our business elsewhere and pay up before they called the cops. The food service was slow, and the pizza size seems smaller than it was in the past.”
