• Not good Mexican.

• Fast service.
• Clean after the place closes.

“This restaurant closes at nine but you would not know it because if you go-in there to eat dinner at 8:00 pm or a little later you have to deal with three people or so sweeping vigorously and navigate around big yellow mop buckets. It seems to me if you close at nine and you have quite a few customers that you would be a little more considerate than having dust blowing all over their food and the only atmosphere there is of people cleaning dying for you to get out of there. This has happened every time we go in there not just once. Food is okay but not great. The sweeping sure takes the appetite away.”

• The nostalgia of what used to be Case's.
• Decrepit furnishings, filthy washrooms and general decay.

“This once favorite restaurant seems to have fallen on hard times. Gone are the fresh linens and famous complementary appetizers. The place is in dire need of a facelift and general good deep clean. Portion size and quality have fared no better. We spotted roaches on our last visit, (and I do mean LAST) as well as servers with questionable personal hygiene.”

• Chicken fried steak is usually good.
• Hamburger meat is dry and tasteless.

“Hamburger meat is now tasteless and dry. All taste with fat has been given a healthy cardboard makeover. Juicys used to be Juicy. Chicken fried steak is still the buy.”

• Ice cream machine.
• Cold food, mediocre taste.

“Avoid buffet at all costs food cold and not fresh, probably due to low temps. Hot and sour soup is too peppery. I don't see how this could be the best in Longview or anywhere else, it's only slightly better than a TV dinner at Wal-Mart. Staff was friendly and courteous.”

• Love the egg-rolls.
• At times they have a flighty wait staff.

“The restaurants actually called "lotus inn" and they have the best Chinese food in Longview. I've eaten at all of the local places and lotus inn beats them hands down. They also have the best egg rolls around.”

• Love the chips, hot sauce, homemade flour tortillas. always have great service.
• Usually busy, sometimes have to wait for a table.

“Papacitas has the best Mexican food in Longview. we always enjoy dining there. the food is good, the service is great, and capacities provides a wonderful atmosphere. we will continue dining there for years to come.”
