“Having frequented this establishment since the first opened its doors in 97; I've been very disappointed since they moved to the new location. While they can seat more people, the menu choices, service, and quality have all suffered. On my most recent visit with family from out of town, the service was non-existent, the ribs were dry and the fish cold. Most disappointing was the burnt dry mass of inedible bread pudding. The gumbo is about the only thing that tastes like it used to. I dont think well be back. Except to maybe return the bread pudding we took home.”

“I have always liked getting pizza delivered from here. I love the Pasta Combos, great value for the price. Also they have a great interior.”

“The Lake Stevens Buzz Inn is where I go. several other stores, but this one seems to be the best. Marysville is pretty good too. Service is good. You won't have to wait long for a beverage.”

“The service was bad! It took us 10 minutes to get seated when there were 8 people in the restaurant! Didn't get asked for drink orders for another 10 minutes. Our food didn't get here for another 15 minutes after order been taken. If you are in a hurry avoid Mitzels of Everett! The food was bad. Mashed potatoes were very crusty and chicken was stale.”

“Never again. I ordered a medium rare steak; it came burned on the outside and cold and raw in the middle. He ordered a medium rare porterhouse; it arrived cooked well done, tough and gristly. Clearly whoever is cooking is just throwing everything on a searing hot grill, someone who apparently has no idea how to cook meat. The service was horrible. It's a shame because we could have gone to the nearby Outback for a far, far better meal at the same cost.”

“Toyama's has fresh very excellent food. Extremely friendly and family owned. They treat you like you are their very special guest. My favorite sushi spot in Seattle and Everett”

“All you can eat restaurant with excellent pizza bar and salad bar and hot food bar. Great chicken as well. I go there at least once a week for lunch. Great value for what you get.”

“I have been to many Sushi restaurants in different states and countries, and Toyama is by far the best. The service is always friendly and appropriate. The sushi is the freshest you'll find anywhere, and their regular menu items are excellent as well. Overall, if you like authentic, well prepared, fresh, accommodating, and friendly, go to Toyama!”

“It has been remodeled and a second level put on which gives a getter view of the beautiful Silver Lake but has no elevator for the disabled. My wife and I have been going there for several years and we have never received a bad meal, there food is excellent, (it is close to home and is one of our very favorites).”

“Food was excellent, but the customer service was horrible. I will never go back to this restaurant because of that. And that is a shame because the food was great. If you are in a hurry, I would not recommend coming here. The wait staff was unpleasant and had a tone. It was almost as if they wish you never showed up. I am usually a big tipper and let me tell you, they did not get a good tip when I was there.”

“The Totem hashbrowns and waffles are the best in town! This is a great place for Sunday breakfast as long as you don't mind being rushed. It is a small place and there is always a line of people waiting on the week-ends because the breakfast is great and the price is very reasonable. But if you want to sit and visit over a cup of coffee after eating, it is not the place to go. They have to rush you out in order to turn the tables, which is understandable.”

“This is one of the country's biggest problems when it comes to food. Yes it¿s fast and cheep but you get what you pay for, can I get that pre processed burger medium rare. I think not. There has to be at least ten microwaves eight fryers and one big grill in the back. Fresh I think not, health not a chance. This food is American garbage! This place is just like fast food places making our kids fat, not educating the public on seasonality or organic cooked to order food. It is a giant that destroys any chance for a small restaurant with true flavor.”

“The appetizer "Combo Platter" is a great value for the buck (batter dipped clams (6), fish(4), scallops(6), and (4) chicken wings served with fries -$10.99 enough for two). The sandwiches (served with soup, salad, or fries) are not too bad either (portions are enough to be comfortably full - not too much, not too little).”

“I just had the most awful meal, surly service and bad stomach ache after eating at this ever so popular local eatery. I drove from Seattle to attend a conference at the really nice Everett Event Center. Place looks good and I was encouraged to go there by a local longtime resident. The service was just nasty. I ordered an iced tea mid July at seven o'clock. When it came it was straight tannin-it had obviously been sitting for what tasted like weeks. The waitress shrugged it off and suggested what could I want ordering iced tea at that time of night. She replaced it with home made lemonade. As a diabetic, I asked for it to be made the least sweet possible with sweetener on the side. Gee, that was the invitation for her to give it to me with zero sweetener. Top it all off, she and another waiter came over to laugh and watch me try it-smirking the whole time. Thought that only transpired in the movies and yes I have been around the block. That reminds me that this area and this restaurant is in a derelict section of town, a run down block in a tired and unsophisticated locale. Food was greasy and overcooked. I won't go back and if I choose to go to another concert and feel like a bad meal, I will go elsewhere. I am always willing to give a restaurant a chance, even a second chance--just not here, don't want to take the choice. Honestly, a drive through would have been better. Stay away, stay away, stay away. There are some good restaurants in the area and you don't need this local centric dive. I was so disappointed and furthermore, the person suggesting it broke down in tears because others she recommended it to also had a bad experience.”

“The service was so poor that after 45 minutes of waiting for our salads to arrive to our table my wife and I finally flagged down the waitress and changed our order to take out. Even after the change it took another 20 minutes to finally get our food. The portions were small and the food was mediocre at best.
