User Reviews for El Paso Restaurants« Go back to Billings HotelsResearch User Reviews for El Paso (1-20 of 20)Chico's Tacos Inc
“I'm originally from Chicago and after a night of drinking and dancing we would go to White Castle Burger. Chico's is the White Castle of El Paso. You could get a sack of rolled Tacos covered in some kind of spicy green sauce that 20 minutes after eating would make you sleep like a baby. This is a local stop after the bars closed so it was always very busy at 2:15 A.M. on Fridays and Saturdays.”

“I used to spend a lot of time in El Paso and Smokeys was my home away from home away from home. The people were always friendly and warm. They had a great juke box, reasonable prices, and a hometown atmosphere.”

“This restaurant if a very family-oriented. The staff is very nice and you always feel welcome there. It is open 24 hours so you can go eat a good meal after a late night out or simply stay up late and study for a test there. You can stay there as long as you please and they keep their smiles on their faces and your glasses filled.”

“My husband and I went to this Applebee's and our experience was horrible! I ordered a Cajun New York strip, the seasoning was nothing representative of Cajun anything. I know since I am Cajun I ordered it well done, but it was still bleeding when it was brought out by a very moody waitress. I told her in a very polite manner that I couldn't stand the sight of the blood on my plate. She took it back, we waited about 25 minutes for it to return. It was burnt to a point that my steak knife could not cut it, and there was no mashed potatoes on the plate. The waitress snapped that they had to remove them and the cook said he didn't want to waste more if I wasn't going to eat them too. The only positive that came was the manager taking the price off of our tab. I will never eat there again, even if it's free.”

“I read the previous review, and while yes that may have been true two months or so, now the original ownership is back, service is 10,000 times better than previous owners, food is better and overall they provide a good enjoyable experience. The wait is no longer 35 minutes but rather the usual 5-10 minutes it takes to make a fresh sandwhich. Definitely recommend.”

“Absolutely amazing! I just recently went with my co workers and there were 16 of us, and the experience was something I'll never forget. Our chef had to cook for 8 of us, and he made it look easy as could be. I ordered the filet mignon and chicken ($24.95) and it was cooked to perfection! He started out by cooking the fried rice for 6 of us, which, by the way, was the best I had ever tasted before in my life! He was flipping eggs all over the place, and even had one of my co workers get up and help him with an onion volcano! He was flipping pans everywhere, and really made this experience awesome for us all. Very friendly people with great service! I definitely recommend this to any and everyone.”

“I found the food and the atmosphere here impeccable. Unfortunately the service was very disappointing. It food rivals any restaurant in any major city in the US. It is a high end restaurant and so its service needs to be as good as its food and atmosphere. Just went to 2900 two weeks ago and they get it. It is a high end restaurant with a menu you would find in any top 10 city in the US. 2900 had it all, great food, great bar, great atmosphere and great service. Move over Cafe Central.”

“Riyoma is probably the most authentic sushi restaurants in El Paso. Fish is fresh and flown in from out of town, not like some of the other sushi restaurants that purchase their fish from a grocery store. Thursdays are the best days to go for sushi and other raw delights. Price is great too!”

“If you want a restaurant where the staff is rude and could care less for your business, then this is the place. Last time I went I waited 35 minutes for a roast beef sandwich. You can get the same food from Ardivino's in half the time and while being treated well by the staff. It must be ownership. It's a shame, food is pretty good, but the best food in the world won't get me to eat in a restaurant with hostile employees and I-could-care-less ownership.”

“I am an airline stewardess and had the opportunity to have dinner at Michelins since it was close to the airport. I was very impressed with not only how good the food was, but how friendly the staff was. I travel to other cities and have tried other Italian restaurants, but still haven't found another restaurant that compares. When talking to the waitress, I learned that they have been there for 35 years and is family owned. In fact, the same waitress is still working there after 35 years and the owners still do the cooking. When leaving they handed me a take out menu and said they would deliver food to us as well. It is definitely worth the visit.”

“Small but pleasant family-run northern Mexican restaurant with ammo the best homemade salsa around. I return repeatedly for the quesadillas notions and enchiladas tress colors. After a year in Afghanistan, I can't wait to get back. Not much on atmosphere, but the very reasonable pricing and the great homemade food makes cafe dos nodes well worth the trip.”

“I'm originally from El Paso, but now live in San Antonio which has a lot of nice restaurants to go to. A restaurant like this is needed in E.P.

“A unique atmosphere, fine food and attentive service make this a fine dining experience. We go there for special occasions because this place makes you feel special. If you've never been to a hunting lodge in the mountains of Hawaii then you need to check this place out. The steaks are out of this world. ”

From the seafood angelica with its delightful and appetizing presentation to the homemade pizza, these enjoyable delight only prelude the desert selection of the in house chocoltier. delightful and enjoyable to the last crumb. piano bar and wide array of spirits complete the evening or lunch.”
