“After our appetizer, entrees, drinks and coffee. I like the food and the atmosphere but I won't go there again nor recommend it to anyone else.”

“My wife and I went to the Thursday Night buffet. When we entered they welcomed us and offered to take our coats. Our table had a tablecloth, tea light candle, and a fresh flower. This is an Italian Restaurant but the buffet has a variety of food. Service was excellent. The salad bar was professionally displayed with garnish on some of the dishes. Hot foods were tasty. The prime rib was outstanding and not fatty. We enjoyed the desserts.”

“Peking Express is basically a delivery/carry out place. They have typical American-style Chinese fare. It is consistently fresh and good. Their delivery is always quick and the wait for carryout is reasonable too. If you want to eat basic Chinese food at home and you are in Vienna, Virginia, this is the place for you.”

“Lousy duck almost sent it back, tasted like baloney. Sauce was unidentifiable, service was out of the third world. Waiter from the next table actually elbowed me in the side grinding pepper; peach melba had canned peaches and Safeway ice cream.”

“Ever since our first time in 1988, my wife and I, who live in Carroll County, Maryland, come back here frequently for dinner, and when in the area for shopping and the like, come for lunch.”

“This is a great restaurant. I've eaten here many times and the food never fails to be delicious. It's also a very good value for you are receiving. In New York city this restaurant would be much more expensive. Unlike many places that serve sushi this restaurant is pretty authentically Japanese. It's a small place and is very popular, so if you are eating at night (especially on weekends) make a reservation. I've gone there for lunch and been seated immediately with no wait for my food, though. .”

“Great menu but check out the specials some very unusual but fabulous dishes. Good wine selection as well. This is the special anniversary or birthday place. My wife takes all her friends her for birthday lunches as well.”

“Waiting line is long, no place to wait. Host has no smile on her face, so does the rude waitress. Food is ok, but serves rather slowly.”

“Amphora is lucky that they're open 24 hrs, because that is honestly all they have going for them. The food is mediocre at best and the service is dreadful. If it's 3 a.m. and you want a milkshake and some fries, then go for it. Otherwise, steer clear.”

“Though the ambience is nice, the lunch buffet had very cold meats and cold naans. When I asked the wait staff to get fresh and hot food, he just stated that this is hot. When I insisted, he went and micro waved the chicken clearly not allowed in a restaurant. The owner simply stated that sometimes food gets cold and there is nothing wrong with it. This establishment is no customer oriented and poses a health hazard.”

“The Peking duck is the best in the area. Peking Duck was truly excellent! It was artistically carved by an older kindly gentleman who also cooks all of the ducks! Apparently he has done so for many years at this location. The quality of the other Chinese dishes is also quite good, but does not match up to the quality of the Peking duck. We had several dishes including Kung Pao chicken, fried dumplings (Kou Tien), Moo Shu pork, and bean curd with Bok Choy on hot plate (disappointing!), but these were not of the same quality as the Peking duck and should be improved. The management has also stopped serving dishes of the steamed Chinese greens varieties (snow pea stems, spinach/watercress and the like). Service was good, but water glasses were not filled frequently enough for my liking. Overall a very pleasant Chinese restaurant.”

“It's hard to identify what is the "best" thing about "La Province." It's a total package from the decor (comfortable country French), to the concern for diners' comfort (booster pillows for banquettes), to its size (small with nicely spaced tables which add an air of intimacy), the staff which makes you feel like a close friend and a guest in their home, the attention to detail, and, of course, the kitchen which turns out wonderful fare that delights the eyes as well as the taste. ”

“Marvelous French cuisine, superb seafood. Lovely ambiance and decor in an intimate setting. Could not have been more pleased with the dinner but if you choose to go there, do not believe Goggle Image. It is wrong! Be sure to call restaurant and get explicit instructions. It is buried in the back corner of a shopping center at Maple and Branch. It is truly worth seeking out!”
