• Food and service is number one in the hill country.
• Can't say anything negative.

• Everything was excellent.
• Nothing negative to say except be there early before the food runs out.

“When I used to drive thru that area of the hill country I always noticed big johns but never stopped. One day I decided to try it out. After I ate there, I drove from San Antonio every 2 weeks to eat there and take home about 5 pounds of brisket and sausage and a gallon of sauce. If someone is willing to drive that distance from home to get barbeque every 2 weeks ,then you know its got to be good.”
