• I usually get the pho soup - it's good.
• I just think the restaurant is run down.

“I love Pho, so this is a cheap place to go if you want a huge bowl of soup. The ingredients to throw into your Pho are fresh. The atmosphere and restaurant itself is very run down-looking. If you are just looking for good, cheap Vietnamese Pho, then this is the place to go eat.”

“I had been a long time patron of Anthony & Apos;s in Falls Church (close to my work). I was overjoyed when they opened a Manassas location near my home. A man ruined that for me. I was doing some painting in my home & called in a carry-out order. When I arrived I felt as if I was being looked up & down for wearing work clothes in their. While the food is excellent, I will never step foot in that place again. My advice is if your dressed nicely (usually I am), you will be fine. Otherwise, choose another place.”

“This place has a nice atmosphere and friendly bartenders and servers. Unfortunately, Grevey's charges are far more than what its food and drinks are worth. As a regular there, the only thing keeping me there is the geography. I can easily get better food and drinks at many places at a far lower price. A $10 steak and cheese sandwich is tiny, but has much meat.”

“I used to practically live at this place. I used to go there every weekend to eat and get super drunk, they usually would call a taxi for me and I only lived down the block. The beer is better than the food.”

“Sweet & Sour is bitter with no flavor. Cashew chicken and lo mein are flavorless. Egg rolls are awful. Dumplings burned every time. Delivery was fast but food is pretty bad. Everything is either tasteless, bitter or burned. 3 time customer. Won't be ordering from them again.”

• Amazing tomato sauce.
• The outside does look a bit shady. Do not be fooled!

“The food here is fantastic. Their tomato sauce is absolutely amazing. I actually haven't gotten very far in their menu because I keep choosing different pasta dishes. The lasagna, manicotti, cannelloni, tortellini, and fettuccini are all fantastic and, at about $13 each, very reasonably priced. The bread they bring out before the meal is always good. My roommate and I try to go at least once a month, often enough that one of the waiters notices when we haven't been in a while. They do have child friendly options as well. While I have never tried their pizzas, I have heard other dinners praising them.”

“Best authentic Chinese Cuisine in the DC area. If you want true Chinese food, order off of the Chinese menu (you will need to ask for it). They actually have Tea Smoked duck.”

“The best Chinese food. Tasty. I usually don't eat duck but I ate it there. The best meals are the specials for a group. Wide selection. Best crispy beef I have ever had. Service is great, atmosphere is good. If you like Chinese food, eat here.”

• There's only one. And it's not in Dale City.

“Great chicken! Peruvian style. No one better. It is just what it says "The Chicken Place". Bare bones. You stand in line (goes quick) and order you chicken. Order the 1/2. You'll be mad if you only order the 1/4 chicken. Its that good. Comes with choice of fries/yucca/rice and salad. You can sub the fries/yucca/rice for another salad. You get the green (jalapeno) and the yellow (mayo type) sauces. The chicken salad is huge, the chicken. Chicken/steak sandwich. The Mediterranean wrap (pita) are all good sized and tasty. The place serves one basic function. Great chicken. Eat in is available. Parking is limited. Don't want to talk about the bathroom there are two available. One for men and one for women. They serve their purpose. The atmosphere is chicken and eating. Thats it.”

• The bread and the chicken marsala (my favorite).
• You'll eat too much.

“The lunch buffet is excellent. Choice of two three meats. Usually chicken involved. Decent salads (one type) choices of two three vegetable dishes and a desert (rotates all of the dishes so you don't eat the same thing everyday) the Nan (bread) is excellent, home made and fresh/hot. Even though it is a buffet the service is great. Waiters refill the drinks quickly. Clear tables. Dressed neat/professional; nice but not overly (that's great!) Atmosphere is good. Clean place. Cloth napkins and table cloths around $10.00 drinks extra. I just eat there for the lunch buffet but the menu looks great. I use Raaga as the yardstick for other Indian restaurants. Not many surpass them.”

• The food was very delicious and the staff were friendly.
• The ambiance is a bit dark, but comfortable.

“Without being familiar with Falls Church, I elected for me and a group of friends to eat Afghan food at Panjshir. After the dinner was over, I was very popular with my friends. The service was excellent, the staff friendly, and the food was absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend this restaurant - even to those who are vegetarian. There were some quality meals on the menu from which to choose.”

“We ordered cashew chicken and chicken with broccoli for delivery. It took an hour and five minutes for the food to arrive, but it was hot and tasted pretty good. It wasn't the best Chinese food I've ever had, but it was fine.”

• With the stores and area around it, the outside looks a bit ratty.

“Amazing food, I had the pasta and it was perfect. The waiters were simply incredible, the types where you can tell they enjoy their job and really want to make you happy. The meal is also cheaper than usual, with prices averaging around $13. I would recommend it to anyone. They also have a back room if you want to make your meal more secluded and romantic or business like.”

• Mango Kulfi, Calcutta Fish Curry, Bread Basket, Kulfi, Bhaigan Bhurta.
• Shrimp Items (even the shrimp are plump and large, the dishes are lacking in flavor)

“Raga truly is a gem in this neighborhood. The food their was delicious, particularly the Calcutta fish curry, mango kulfi, and bhaigan bhurta. The bread basket was also great, containing an delicious assortment of breads. Judging from the outside of the restaurant one would expect a "dhaba" type establishment, but what you find inside is the exact opposite. This would be a great date, or even family spot, depending on what time you go, and where you are seated. The art work and interior decor is also pleasing to the eye, however, the bathroom is a bit gross. So make sure you use the bathroom before you go! Over all this restaurant is great, and the food is absolutely delicious, don't order the shrimp items though, they're a bit bland...”

• The fireplace atmosphere, the scrumptious soups, the choose your own buffet line.
• Nothing negative at all.

• That the meal finally ended
• Too expensive, drab atmosphere, and uncomfortable furnishings

“The outside looked interesting, so I thought I'd drop in and give it a shot. That's pretty much were the attraction ended though. The furnishings looked drab, aged, and in need of an update. But this wasn't the worst part. I ordered a chicken dish with salad. The chicken was rubbery and the lettuce was flimsy and lacked that crispness one comes to expect from an expensive meal. Yes, their food is expensive relative to what you get. My suggestion is to pass on this place.”
