User Reviews for Beaumont Restaurants« Go back to Tarnow HotelsResearch User Reviews for Beaumont (1-12 of 12)China Garden
“China Garden is an all you can eat buffet and, if you can handle the kids running all over, the food is actually pretty good. It is my choice of the all you can eat Chinese buffets in this area. The sushi bar is included in the buffet.”

“Great Chimichangas and very hot sauce.”

“The restaurant is noisy when crowded. The food is a step up from frozen TV dinners. I do like their chili rellenos when they microwave it long enough to get hot.”

“My favorite in Beaumont.”

“Ordered 3 meals for my family and all were done perfectly. Service took a bit longer than other fast food places but they prepare your food to order for the most part. We will be back, this was our first experience as a family (I'm from Texas; rest of family is from Minnesota). Thanks for keeping the legacy going What a burger!”

“My experience with Patillos great barbeque spans nearly 50+ years of dining, so it may be viewed by some as biased, but in all honesty I have never had a negative experience there or been the victim of bad food. Their barbeque is excellent for the true aficionado of down-home Texas barbeque. Their links are mouthwatering taste sensations that totally delight the taste buds!”

“Fillet steak was of very poor quality and over salted. Food, in general, was disappointing. When we told the waiter that the steaks were inferior, he was polite but only offered a coupon for a free dessert on our next visit. There will be no next visit.”

“Jason's Deli has a great variety of healthier choice foods with unique flavors. I got their fire roasted tortilla soup and their salad bar. Both were awesome. Free softserve ice cream with chocolate pudding topped my meal off nicely. My two kids under 3 years old enjoyed sitting out on the patio. We usually don't have dining experience but being able to watch the cars go by kept them entertained. Our food was served very promptly.”

“I was really disappointed in my experience at this restaurant. First, I selected the special off of the sign out in front that said $12.99 when the bill came. I was charged 21.99. I mentioned the error and the mistake on the sign, but they did nothing to correct the problem. Very poor customer service in that area. But to top it off, the steak I ordered was mostly grisle and fat. Very disappointing.”

“Crazy Jose's is a fun, neat place with lots of atmosphere. I ate at the one on Phelan Blvd where a car cut in half is attached to one of the walls with the words "Sorry, no drive thru." It is a tongue-in-cheek kind of place. They serve some of the best fajita's that I have ever eaten. With lunch special, ranging from 3.95 to 6.99. You can't go wrong. ”

“I got the crawfish fettucine. It was great. I went with a group of women on a Saturday night. The band was playing very loud, and we couldn't talk. The music was good. You order before you go to sit down. It was a little confusing since it was my first time there. They give you a number and will bring your food to your table. ”

“Happy Budha is a cheap place to go grab a quick lunch. If cheap is the only criteria for you, then this place is tops. The food is decent, and for four bucks. you can get a hearty lunch that doesn't taste too bad. The atmosphere here, however, is definately subpar. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, and the service is sporadic. The last time I was here, there were bugs on the floor, and it was relatively disgusting. For your buck, though, this may end up being a great value. Maybe a good place to go if you are a college student or someone who does not care much about atmosphere, cleanliness or other considerations that professionals look for. Definately wouldn't make it a business lunch destination”
