Little Bear Inn
Aug 25, 2008 by Steve from Cheyenne wy

Overall Rating: 9 User Rating Score: 9
Food:[10] • Service:[8] • Atmosphere:[10]

  • Best food for the money.
  • Drive time to the hotel.

“Best Steak I have had in a long time. The atmosphere is old. You can meet all kinds of interesting people there. The service was adequate, good drinks and the food was outstanding for the money. It is definitely on the recommend list.”

Little Bear Inn

Overall Rating: 6 User Rating Score: 6
Food:[8] • Service:[4] • Atmosphere:[5]

  • The food was good.
  • Service, atmosphere, and location.

“If you want a decent $20 steak this is your place. If you are looking for professional service that you would associate with an upscale fine dining restaurant then this is NOT the place to go. The Little Bear Inn is attempting to be something that is can't. Fine dining is nowhere to be found, however my steak was good. Our service was poor. Although we were one of five tables seated, or server hurried us along. Our food was served on cold plates, and we had to ask for refills of water and bread. Smoking is also allowed in their bar area, and could be smelled in the dining area.”

Twin Dragon, Inc.
Feb 13, 2007 by Jarrod from Cheyenne

Overall Rating: 10 User Rating Score: 10
Food:[10] • Service:[10] • Atmosphere:[10]

  • The food is authentic.
  • Has caused me to gain allot of weight.

“Best Chinese restaurant in the rocky mountain region, lunch buffet is delicious and very affordable. It is not your typical "microwave sweet and sour food" found at other Chinese restaurants. For dinner I recommend the #18 crispy chickens. I have eaten there for 15 years and I love the food.”

Country Buffet
Jun 29, 2006 by Ron from Clinton, KY

Overall Rating: 8 User Rating Score: 8
Food:[8] • Service:[8] • Atmosphere:[8]

  • Good food, relaxed atmosphere, great value.
  • None.

“I've visited Country Buffet restaurants in other cities, but this restaurant is a cut above the others. The restaurant is very clean and the personnel take more interest in their customers. The food is good and the variety is awesome. On each of my visits I noted that restaurant personnel closely monitor the food area to insure that everything is fresh and well cared for. Restaurant seating is comfortable and not crowded together, and there is a feeling of leisure while you eat. The price of the buffet is modest and well worth the cost. Also, this restaurant is located in one of the larger malls in the Cheyenne area, so you can do a little shopping to work off the extra calories.”

Driftwood Cafe
Jun 29, 2006 by Ron from Clinton, KY

Overall Rating: 9 User Rating Score: 9
Food:[9] • Service:[9] • Atmosphere:[8]

  • Good service, good food, at a good price.
  • Smoking is allowed.

“The Driftwood is a small restaurant with only a dozen tables and a few booths. It is the classic small town type of restaurant where everybody knows everybody. The waitresses are friendly and make you feel like one of the regulars. The service is good, which means your coffee cup is never empty. The food is very good. Breakfast is served from 6:30 am until 11:00 am. Lunch is served from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm. The breakfast menu is simple but hearty. Two eggs (any way you want them), hash browns, bacon (four large strips), and toast (sourdough, wheat, white, rye, etc.) or biscuits (good, but not the best I've ever had) is only about $4.50. You can substitute sausage, ham, or hash. The breakfast menu also includes pancakes (very large and very good), French toast (homemade and good), and biscuits and gravy (respectable). The lunch menu has a good selection of sandwiches, soups, and salads. The driftwood also serves homemade pies (different each day). The driftwood is clean, the service is good and fast, and the food is served hot. It's a great place to eat if you live in Cheyenne or if you are just passing through. ”
