“I took my family to dinner at JB's in Casper Wy. It took 25 minutes to get our food. I ordered a steak sandwich (very well done and no mushrooms). I got steak with no mushrooms. I asked for A1 sauce. When the waitress came back 10 minutes later with no A1 sauce, I asked her to please have my steak cooked. She brought it back about 5 minutes later covered with mushrooms. By this time, my family was done eating. I left restaurant & went to McDonalds & got a hamburger.I will Never go there again.”

• Nice wine list and nice wines by glass.
• Poor quality service and inconsistent food quality.

“At times, I've enjoyed this restaurant, but both service and food seem one time to be great and the next times not so great. I've been served cold entrees and there has been a refusal to reheat the food as the cooks are really busy. Also, there has been in one case, a change in the tip when the service was pretty bad. Also, if you get there when they restaurant opens, they really don't open at their stated time. Some servers aren't trained well. I'm a really great tipper, but once I only left a 10% instead of a 20% tip because the service was so bad and the food was really off that night. Service seems to be lacking when I travel as a single business woman. Giving the restaurant an overall 5 is a stretch!”

• Seafood dishes excellent.
• Although it looks cool, their silverware is difficult to use due to unusual shape.

“Great food, although an inattentive service. The wait staff seems to be overworked and although the owner came by our table twice to see how things were, that was before we had been left without wine or water for 15 minutes, and before we had been given our main courses (which too a very long time to prepare, although in general I am ok with taking my time to eat so that did not bother me too much). Espresso machine broken so instead had to settle for a $6 pot of coffee, and was never given (or offered) any more water.”

• The exit door was close to my table.
• The food, the staff, the place itself, everything.

“There are jobs all over Wyoming; maybe they are in other places also but I've never seen them. We stopped in for a quick breakfast and it was delicious! I ordered simple pancakes and scrambled eggs - the pancakes were hot - still steaming when served, the butter was soft - not frozen like at hop or Denny's, the syrup was also warm! My husband ordered a basic bacon and egg breakfast with toast - his toast was still warm when served, the eggs cooked correctly - we were very happy. Our waitress was friendly, fast, and efficient. Never once did she lean on the table and snuggle up to us and try to be our best friend like they do at the outback or so many other restaurants now days. She took our order, brought our coffee and then our food, refilled our coffee and then brought our check. We travel a lot and eat breakfast in a lot of your usual breakfast houses and are usually not pleased with something - usually the rock hard butter and/or cold pancakes. Our breakfast at jobs in Casper could not have been any better. It was a perfect way to start the day.”

• Friendly, comfortable, delicious food, clean restrooms.
• We were tired and when we were ready to go we had to wait to pay.

“We went in at dinner time but they allowed us to order from the lunch menu. The food was absolutely delicious. All we wanted was a good burger and not only was this half pound burger cooked to perfection, it was served with home made French fries and a salad for under $10. It is possible it was under $8.00; I can't remember for sure. The dinner menu was extensive, a little expensive, but they are purported to have the best prime rib in Casper.”

• Loved food staff and atmosphere!
• NONE!

“Nice, friendly, romantic restaurant. Food was fabulous! Wait staff was very friendly. Always a pleasure to eat in a very reputable, family operated, cozy restaurant! Will return and recommend to everyone. Hands down the best in Casper and Wyoming for that matter. I have eaten in the "other" Italian restaurant in town and there¿s absolutely no comparison! Casper always enjoyable!”
