• Only one free drink refill.

• The bathrooms where clean.
• Everything. The service was imposable; we were there 30 minute before anyone came up to us.

“The people (staff) were rude and unfriendly. And the price's where way too high for the food and drinks we had. Ill never go back there.”

• Food, hot sauces, location, service.
• Seating area is a little small.

“Heard about this little place from some coworkers who had been to a party catered by Virginia barbeque company. In a deviation from almost every other barbeque establishment in central Virginia, they offer both Virginia (tomato based sauce) and north Carolina (vinegar based sauce) styles to choose from. I went with the pulled sandwich platter and was very satisfied. Can see why Richmond magazine rated them in the top 5 of central Virginia. Service was courteous and our food was brought out to us quickly. Looking forward to another trip back to there soon...”

• Great food.
• Very rude customer service from the owner.

“Sorry to say that despite delicious BBQ and side dishes, the owner of this restaurant is very rude. The customer is not right when there is a problem. In a small town, customer service and congeniality are as important as good food. Despite the fact that I live right down the street, I won't be buying from Virginia BBQ again.”
