“A White River Jct classic for over 50 years, it seems that everybody who has ever traveled through Vermont has dined at the Polka Dot! Classic diner layout, classic diner menu, chef/owner has been associated with the Polka Dot for nearly 50 years! The Polka Dot serves generous portions of tasty diner classics by friendly wait staff in the cleanest diner you'll ever set foot in. The Polka Dot is a superb dining value and well worth a visit.”

• Casual attire. Polite service.
• None

“Best and thickest prime rib around. Share it with someone and buy the extra salad bar and potato. Salad bar includes soups and breads. Only complaint could not finish the huge prime rib and since we were on the go couldn't take it home. Waitress said they give the leftovers to the animal shelters. We felt better about not finishing.”
