The River Run Family Restaurant

• Horrible food, service, and atmosphere.
• I will never eat here again, and will warn my friends about this restaurant.

“I have eaten there times in total, twice for Friday fish and once on a Sunday evening. Their food is not very good and their service is awful. This last time I went there they gave my son rotten milk when I asked for a regular, and their steak's were disgusting. My T-bone had the consistency of an overcooked roast and the flavor was so terrible, I sent it back and ordered a bowl of soup instead. When I tried to check out I was greeted by a man who had a very bad attitude, he claimed to be the owner of the restaurant, he looked to be about 16. When I told him the steak was awful he said quote, "Well what do you expect for your price. There was nothing wrong with the steak, I ate it after you sent it back. What did you expect me to do, throw it away?" That shows they do not have acceptable hygiene for a restaurant. Diseases are spread in that way. And last, the service beyond the owner was terrible. The waitress was slow and inefficient. If I could give this place a 0 I would.”

• The bbq pizza is dry.

• Very good pizza, best value around.
• Unethical service, I think most of the help are on parole or are yet to be caught.

“I watched them sell somebody's phone order to someone else who walked in and asked if they would sell him a pizza that was already done, 10 seconds later the lady who's food was sold walked in and was told " oh 10 minutes" if she was more observant she would noticed that his search for her food ended where the tickets are first put for the pizza assemblers. I've seen similar happen there twice after that, and I had it then happen to me, that was my last visit!”

“I have been coming here since I was young and I would recommend it to anyone! Has awesome sports memorabilia on the wall and great people. Food is phenomenal, perfection if I have seen it.”

“My favorite here is the Huge burgers for great price! The fries are so yummy too! The place is like an old fashioned diner. Cash only - that's the only con. Burger is around $3-$4. Fries $1.20. Root beer $1.50. So you pay a couple bucks more than McDonalds and get real food.”

• Can't think of any positives.
• Everything about Infusino's is BAD!

“I'm embarrassed to say that I ate at Infusino's. Huge menu but the food was terrible! The atmosphere is bad - felt like I was sitting in my grandma's SMOKY basement! As for the service, WORST I've ever had. I will not ever go back!”

“Very good food. Wish that they had evening hours. They used to have great Lasagna, Ravaoli dinners. The spaghetti and meatballs are great. The sauce can't be beaten. It's great!”

“What happened to this place? The food was very good, however you never knew if they were going to be open or not. We'd call to place a lunch order and the phone would just ring and ring. We've driven by and the "open" sign is not on. Does anyone know if this place is still open?.”

• The food, the cost, the service.
• They arent open 24-7.

“Best bang for your buck anywhere, 10 bucks can get you enough to feed 3 mouths. Best pizza I've ever had besides Chicago.”

• Prime Rib meal the best in the state. For more intimate celebration try carryout!
• Only negative could be the restaurant is small.

• The waitresses are unbelievably friendly.
• The booth cushions are old and broken down. Sit at a table.

“The burgers are huge (as big as the plate). The food tastes great, is very reasonably priced, and the portions are always humongous. The atmosphere leaves a bit to be desired but one does not go to chubbiest for the atmosphere, one goes there for the good food.”

• Great traditional Italian food like no where else around.
• Would like later hours so I could have that lasagna dinner again.

• Pizza is great.
• Less than friendly service and poor atmosphere.

“They make the best pizza in Racine area. I recommend the house special with bacon and virgin crust. The service is poor and so is the atmosphere but the food is great and the price is reasonable. Order by phone and pick it up. I prefer eating at home anyhow.”

• Messed up food orders and no compensation for inconveinence

“They repeatedly mess up food orders and you have to drive back and pick up correct food order and treat you like your trying to cheat or steal food from them. and they offer no compensation or consideration for their errors.”
