“The hot sauce is actually made by a small family owned business in Denver called Danny Cash Hot Sauce.”

“We sought out Milt's based on recommendations from acquaintances and online. Could not have been more disappointed - literally. Other than standing in the warm April sun (no outdoor or indoor seating available at 2 PM), the 35 minutes wait was a total waste. Particularly so after we learned that our order had been lost or forgotten, and was only at that time being submitted to the grill. I took my refund and went to Wendy's. It took me 5 minutes to get from my car to a table in the store, with food. I cannot comment on Milt's value proposition, but waiting 35 minutes for nothing, to buy burgers and fries that are 60% more expensive than their competitor? That's some business model, but I guess its been serving folks in Moab well since 1954!”

“Really enjoyed my 2 nights at the Moab Brewery, One of the reasons I want to return to Moab is due to the place. Very busy with a fantastic atmosphere. Staff made me very welcome and was extremely helpful.”

“The worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant! 3 of us in our party ordered the Mahi off of the daily specials and we all were diagnosed with scrombroid poisoning (a type of food poisoning due to improper food handing which allows bacteria growth resulting in dangerously high histamine levels in the fish). We all 3 got sick within 5 minutes of taking the first bite of the fish - migraine headache, high fever, vomiting, diarrhea, chills, rash, etc. It was awful! I understand that food poisoning can happen, but the waitress and manager not concerned at all and acted as if we were a burden. The manager even mentioned that they have a hard time getting good fish lately because of China. They didn't even reimburse us for our meals! Do not eat here, if you do, then don't order fish!”

“Sad service. We arrived at 19:15 and was seated right away. Then everything went down from there. The unhappy server took our drink order and that was the last time she assisted us. After 30 mins I went to the Manager and asked if she could take our order and she said the she could not but the folks over there could. I stated that we had been waiting for 30 mins and would like to order. Then a server came over very unhappy to "have" to serve us took our order. After 10 mins more, We asked about the salad bar from another server (the only person there who showed any customer service) and a he brought us a plate. The Pizza arrived 35 mins later (so we had been there for over an hour) without the breadsticks and thrown on the table. Not once did the server say a thing about late delivery or that they were busy. She never asked us how our food was, offered to refill our drinks (I had to ask twice and finally did receive them) and 10 mins later received the overdone breadsticks. Upon leaving I talked to the Manager and she said they were working hard. She was making Pizzas and such but her servers were make sure that I never step food into a Pizza Hut again and will at every chance let people know what restaurant to stay away from. Word of mouth is the best advertising you can get or the worst thing you can get. I know that the workers at this Pizza Hut could care less but service is important. I would (and will) stay away from Pizza Hut in Moab.”

“Food and service are atrocious at this brewpub. Among the issues we encountered: watered down lemonade for my kids, ridiculously salty sauce on the pasta, forgotten soup, forgotten onion rings, complete lack of effort by waitress. Worst of all was the manager's response when I dutifully shared my dissatisfaction with him upon leaving (having been in the restaurant biz for years, I appreciate all comments....it is the only way I know if there is a problem in my restaurant). His response, "Really?!" I would not send an enemy to this place!”

“My husband and I were happy to find the Jailhouse Cafe during our recent trip to Moab. We opted for a breakfast out rather than the ordinary breakfast offered by the motel and were really glad that we did. We did have to wait for awhile before we were able to get in, but the breakfast was worth the wait. They had bottles of Habenero Sauce for purchase and we got a bottle for each of our sons. It was really good - a little hot, but wonderful flavor. The only problem is that it was gone almost immediately and I am having trouble getting more. My work hours do not allow me to call during the day and there does not appear to be a website on which I can order more. I am going to try the old fashioned snail mail method and see if that works. All in all, it was a wonderful breakfast and good experience.”

“I had breakfast at this restaurant on a Sunday morning in February, the town was very busy and we were seated right away two of us at a table for five. The place was very busy the waitress took our order right away and the food came quickly, however I had ordered a waffle and it was not even warm enough for the butter to melt, it sat on the waffle in cold globs. My husband¿s food was Luke warm at best. In addition the person acting as host was quite rude to the customers waiting to be seated. At one point a party of four were seated behind us and apparently someone they knew came in the front door and took one of the unused chairs from our table and sat with them. The host came over to the table and loudly proclaimed that they had told him they were a party of four and that is how they were seated and that since there were now five at the table one of them would need to leave, of course they all left and I did not blame them. As we were paying for our meal he then turned to all who were waiting for tables and in a very loud voice stated that they would be seated according to how many people they had told him were in their party and no additions to the party would be allowed. People were rushed in and out as if they were cattle.”

“The food was really good. I had a salmon ravioli that was fantastic! The beer was good, but I've had better at other micro breweries. The waiter seemed like he wanted to be somewhere else and was annoyed when we didn't know what we wanted right away. Maybe you'll get a good wait person and that would make this place really cool!”

“My teen daughter and I had dinner here and ordered the individual gourmet, wood-fired pizzas, made to order. I got an olive-oil/veggie and she got a traditional red sauce/sausage. Wow, they were phenomenal! The crust is so good, puffy and crispy and tender. Our server was very nice and pleasant, but I think he was new and inexperienced. We had to flag him down a few times. We decided to splurge on a big cookie with ice cream for dessert, and the menu said to order early since they bake them fresh, so we did, and the server brought it out before we had even finished the last slice or two of our pizza. I almost sent it back but decided not to, but I hated sort of rushing through the pizza and then diving right into the big, warm cookie with the melting ice cream. It was wonderful, a must-order, but I would have liked to have waited until I had let my pizza settle a little and enjoyed it more slowly with a cup of coffee. I hadn't even finished my beer.”

“The food was great. I especially like the all you can eat pizza buffet. It was my favorite. They also have a great selection of beers on tap.”
