Prime Quarter Steakhouse
Nov 2, 2008 by Josh from Green Bay

Overall Rating: 5 User Rating Score: 5
Food:[5] • Service:[5] • Atmosphere:[5]

  • Food is outstanding if you are an outstanding grill jockey.
  • Food is outstanding if you are an outstanding grill jockey

“I've always thought the idea of this restaurant is sheer commercial genius. You pay lots of money for food you cook yourself. You pay extra if you want them to cook it for you. In spite of this they always have lots of customers. The restaurant could be romantic if you like cooking with your date. Good value for my money? No, I could just as easily break out my BBQ grill, invite over friends (that bring their own steaks), grab a couple of bottles of booze from the store and still save about $80. Granted, if you are traveling you are not going to have friends to invite over or a BBQ on hand. If this is the case you could end up having a good time here. I've always had a good time at PQ. The interior is in need of a redo. Brass railings, brown/red carpet and such may have been swanky in the 80s, but its lost its appeal.”

Bar The
Apr 2, 2008 by Erik from De Pere, WI

Overall Rating: 10 User Rating Score: 10
Food:[10] • Service:[8] • Atmosphere:[8]

  • Best wings in the city.
  • Can be smoky on game days.

“The Bar is right near Lambeau Field and the arenas so you are within walking distance to either place. About the food: The bar has the best wings in the area hands down. There are about 20-30 different flavors and heat levels ranging from a mustard blend called gold rush to the hottest thing I've ever eaten, spontaneous combustion. Exceptional service and great food make this a favorite local establishment.”

Z Harvest Cafe
Feb 10, 2008 by Beth from Green Bay

Overall Rating: 6 User Rating Score: 6
Food:[7] • Service:[6] • Atmosphere:[2]

  • Food, nice staff.
  • Decorations.

“The decoration is the gaudiest and most bizarre I have ever seen, food was good, menu very extensive, but it was hard to concentrate with all of the decorations. If this place was redecorated they would be fantastic.”

Spot Supper Club
Feb 16, 2007 by greg from green bay

Overall Rating: 2 User Rating Score: 2
Food:[3] • Service:[1] • Atmosphere:[4]

  • I have the choice of never returning.
  • Everything.

“My brother and I took our dad here for father's day. After being seated it was at least five minutes before we met our server. The dining room wasn't busy. She took our drink orders and promptly disappeared for ten minutes. I went to the bar to investigate and observed three people seated there. I returned to our table. When our drinks arrived she informed us the bartender was "really busy" and apologized. Kind of funny, he was jovially chatting with his three patrons while not making drinks just a couple minutes prior. We were given menus. She returned a short time later to take our orders and refresh our drinks. In leaving the table she managed to spill a full glass of ice water into my dad's lap and stare at it disbelievingly. I took the cue to provide him with a Napkin; this obviously wasn't going to occur to her. My dad asked her if he could substitute French onion soup for the side salad and she told him the soup wasn't an option for his selection! This to man whose crotch is drenched with ice water she spilled two minutes ago! On father's day! Ten minutes elapse and still no drinks. No exaggeration. I finally had to get up - again - and this time ordered our drinks I. The bar was down to two people by this time. She eventually showed up with our drink order and I informed her they wouldn't be necessary, holding my beer up. When the food arrived it was nearly cold. I had ordered fries with my steak and she had somehow forgotten that. I was presented with a plate with one lonely room-temperature steak. No parsley. No au jus. No fries. The thing wouldn't have been anything special fresh off the grill, either. I would have to put this up there with the worst of my dining experiences. It was hard to part with the money at the end of it knowing that if we'd called domino's we would have been much better off. Shame it had to be father's day, too.”

Bangkok Garden
Jun 24, 2006 by Ceciel from Manitowoc

Overall Rating: 10 User Rating Score: 10
Food:[10] • Service:[10] • Atmosphere:[10]

  • Great value on tasty, flavorful food!
  • Can't think of any.

“I've avoided Thai food for a very long time because I thought Thai food = spicy. I was wrong. Your server will ask how spicy you'd like your food ... if spicy at all. The food was GREAT!!! Very flavorful, not spicy (because I wanted mild), and LOTS of food for your money. I took half of my meal as leftovers! The soup was wonderful and tasted as if it had just been made. I think I've found a favorite restaurant in Bangkok Garden! ”

Wellington The
Jun 12, 2006 by Jeff Ausen from Waukesha

Overall Rating: 10 User Rating Score: 10
Food:[10] • Service:[10] • Atmosphere:[8]

  • Everything except below.
  • I expect to "dress" for dinner. Do not care for informal attire.

“Since I was coming off of a golf tournament I was hopeful that casual wear would be OK. Once I had tasted the wonderful food and was enjoying the surroundings I was a bit saddened that even as fine a restaurant as this has now seen the need to be "casual". This is by far the finest dining experience I have had in Green Bay. It was simply great. Our steaks were to perfection and the appetizers were both presented very well and were sublime.”

Overall Rating: 10 User Rating Score: 10
Food:[10] • Service:[10] • Atmosphere:[10]

  • Outstanding Steaks, Seafood, and Poultry!
  • No a thing!

“Best restaurant in Green Bay and the Lobster tail is to die for!

I really enjoy the selections offered in their combination section,

because there are always so many different items I want to order.

Oh yes, one of the few restaurants you can still get great Duck!

It's always nice to be able to have their wonderful Prime Rib every night of the week.”

Gallagher's Pizza
Aug 23, 2005 by ADP from Green Bay

Overall Rating: 8 User Rating Score: 8
Food:[10] • Service:[7] • Atmosphere:[6]

  • Tasty food at a great value.
  • Dining environment can be loud.

“This is a favorite of mine. The italian cuisine is the best around. Prices are great and the quantity of food is huge! It's a great value for your money. The atmosphere of the restaurant is definetly family-friendly and very casual. If you prefer a quiet meal, order your food for pick up or delivery. Wait staff is friendly and helpful, however it can take a while for your meal to be prepared depending on what you order. My favorites: Pizza, Spaghetti and meatballs and Fettucini Alfredo. Gallagher's also offers chicken and sandwiches, etc.”
