• Snippy waitress.

“Our server got mad at me for asking for the drink that wasn't served. The menu is nothing you can't make at home. They serve rotten potatoes. Trash was thrown in my take home box. No coffee offered. No dessert menu. Snippy waitress.”

“I ordered 4 sandwiches, pizza, and appetizers. Even though they told me the fries would cost 3.25 each I still ordered them, because what's a sandwich without fries. I expected fresh fries for this much money, but I got greasy cold fries. I ordered jalapeno poppers and there was not maranara sauce. When I called back I was told that sauce does not come with the poppers. I have ordered them from this restaurant as well as others and they have always come with sauce. I will stick to Valentina's in the future.”

• Good food for a great price.
• Needs more selections on the buffet table.

“The buffet very good for your money. I would recommend ordering off the menu though, don't get me wrong the buffet was very good and at a good price but there is a very, min. selection. The staff is very friendly and when we went very easy to understand. So if you are looking for some good food and a friendly environment this is a place to go.”

• The baked potato was acceptable.
• Everything else - especially the wine "list" and the service.

“What a waste of time and money. We went to try out the prime rib. The previous owners had really great prime rib but we hadn't been back since the change of ownership. The service was horrible. We had a wimpy waitress that apologized for everything even before things started going wrong, so we knew something was up. We wanted a bottle of wine so I asked for a wine list (wouldn't a restaurant that is a "House of Prime" and tells you to "ask about our fine wine selection" have one on the table?) The waitress indicated she'd bring the list, but that they didn't have all the wines listed. The list had only about 8 reds and I think 7 of them were unavailable. They had others, and after we finished our soup, she finally came over and told us some of the wine they had. By then, I just wanted a glass since I had been waiting to order the bottle for 15 minutes. Anyway, my wine came after my prime rib. The meat was tough, the service was horrid.”

• Pork fried rice w/gravy; Chinese fried chicken.
• Delivery could be a bit faster than 45 minutes.

“Whenever Im in the mood for some good Chinese food delivered. I've been a customer of theirs for over 12 years, and the Chinese food is thee best on this side of town! The food is usually delivered within 45 minutes, it's still hot, and the delivery man is always very polite and courteous. Best dishes: pork fried rice w/gravy and Chinese fried chicken. I highly recommend this restaurant to others. Try it. You won't be sorry.”

• Pizza is the best Ive ever tasted. I lived in Chicago, New York.
• Not enough space at bar.

“I been going to papa luigis for 15 years and never had a bad pizza. They treat me like family and the delivery service is fast and the pizza is piping hot. I would recommend there pizza to everyone. I really like there thin crust and sauce.”

• Pizza is fairly tasty.
• Staff is rude and incompetent.

“I had given them many chances to redeem themselves due to the fact that this restaurant is so close to home and the pizza, although very greasy is still fairly tasty. Their biggest downfall is their delivery system and their staff/management. Delivery problems include: dropping off the wrong food, and not coming back with the right food for close to three hours later. Simply just not showing up with the food "this has happened three times and all three times I had to go to the restaurant and pick up my own meal". Charging the credit card twice so we had to pay for two meals instead of one. Dropping off a pizza which has been jostled around so much it is nearly folded in half. This one is pretty much a guarantee if get delivery; unfortunately, my wife is vegetarian and I am not, so this makes for a less than appetizing pizza. The absolute worst part about all of these incidents is that not once were we offered a simple apology for anything, instead we greeted with a list of excuses as to why these problems must have occurred, and we must have done wrong to receive this service. After my final attempt and failure at having a pizza delivered I decided to say something to management.”

• They make the food fresh, fast, and affordable.
• Employee's have a slightly heavy Chinese accent, which sometimes conflicts when trying to order take out or delivery.

“Tsing Tao is better than a typical Chinese restaurant. The atmosphere is understandable and nothing out of the ordinary, but the food is delicious! The Chinese fried chicken, pork fried rice, and crab Rangoon are priceless in originality and taste. Their accent is usually easy to understand, and open up hospitality to others respectively. The owner is also licensed to run the restaurant, which is found above the cash register.”

• Convenient location to my home.
• Food was unappealing and not good tasting. Presentation was bad as well.

“I was there with 6 other women one evening during the week. Four of us had prime rib. It tasted old and looked un appetizing. One had some sort of chicken with what was suppose to be stir fried veggies. It came with green/yellow/red peppers and onions. We ordered sodas. Few got theirs, some did not. But were charged on the bill anyway. Did not get a second cup of coffee. Place smelled musty.”
