“My wife and I would love to eat at Mama Penns more often, but the food is too salty. The last time we eat there we couldn't eat all our food because of the salt.”

“I also found onions in my milkshake once. (my last time ever ordering a shake) But they have the best cheeseburgers in Anderson.”

“Have visited 3 times with my young children and the food has always been excellent. The draft of the day is good although the local ales can be a little bitter. Blue moon on tap was excellent. The wait staff was friendly although the waiter on my last visit was quite slow and the bill had to be corrected twice! There is a small stage where bands perform. On this stage there is a drum set stored and while waiting for one of my bill corrections, I was showing my five year old daughter the drum set and was approached by either the female manager or owner and was told rather rudely "not to touch it as it costs 4000 dollars." despite the difficulties experienced on the last visit Id probably return.”

“This Baskin Robbins in Anderson was the worst we have seen. There was a huge hole in the ceiling, the floors were wet, the trash cans were running over inside and outside the store, and they were out of cones for the second week in a row. One clerk with sandy blond curly hair and chubby, had a terrible attitude, she acted like she was mad at the world. For the past two Sundays she has waited on us. She doesn't speak to anyone. I am amazed as to why the health dept hasn't closed the place down. We won¿t be going there anymore until conditions are improved.”

“Baskin Robbins has been in Anderson for probably 25 years or so. They were the first and as far as I can see will be the last. No one can beat there customer service. They always have smiling faces to great you and to make sure you experience is a good one. My favor rite thing is to take my kids and let them sample the ice-cream so I know they like it before pay for it and also they have a kid's table. I love there cap. Blast mmm delicious if you haven't tried them you should they are great.”

“I recently picked up two chocolate milk shakes and both appeared to have onions in them. A woman there said there is no way it could be onions b/c they are all the way in the back. She said it had to be coconut b/c we just made some coconut shakes. She then asked the other employees "did you all not wash the machine out?" They both replied, "Yes we did". The woman was very rude and looked at me like I put the stuff in the shake. The only good thing about it is that she did give me my money back after I told her I wanted it back. The woman was not sympathetic at all. I have had good service in the past, but this time was the last.”

“I had the pleasure of dining at sullivan's metropolitan Grill recently and was pleasantly surprised to find such a place here in Anderson, SC. The food was incredible and our server was very knowledgable of the menu and the HUGE wine list. I had spotted them in the Wine spectator magazine where they were featured for the award of excellence and I was not disappointed. The ambiance of the place was great, candlelight and white tablecloths. There is also a cozy bar to relax after dinner.

“Service is very good, and so is the atmosphere. But the food is remarkable. Two excellent sushi chefs make it a memorable eating experience. I would recomend Nami to anyone!”
