Horton's Seafood Too

• Not to many positives.
• Was a great restaurant now it is just terrible.

“Have been going to Horton's since I was a little kid, it was always great, but their has been a change. The last time we had take out the the baked fish was very dry, baked potato was undercooked and dried out, and the could not find very many clams in the clam cakes at all. This is upsetting because is used to be a great restaurant. I hope they change what they are doing because I would not go their again and believe me I am not a fussy person. Thanks.”

• Nothing really.
• Everything, cold food, dirty floor with food.

“My kids and I love ice cream during the summer months. Going to friendly was something I thought was a great idea. The kids and I can get both ice cream and dinner. Service is slow, food comes out slow and cold, ice cream is melted. Oh well two trips it is for dinner and ice cream somewhere else.”

• Atmosphere is nice.
• Food and service isn't what it use to be.

“I was recently very disappointed with the China Inn restaurant. It use to be the best Chinese restaurant in R.I. I will never go again. The last visit left my husband and myself so unsatisfied. The crab Rangoon were burnt on the outside and partially frozen on the inside. The service was horrible! We asked for hot mustard and never got any. We never received our cocktails that we ordered. It was our anniversary and I was so looking forward to a wonderful meal. It didn't happen.”

• The server.

“I thought the food was great but the service was terrible. Management should really take a look at their servers. I actually filled out an application to work there but had second thought after my husband and I went there to eat. I dont want to work in a place where the service is awful! I am a great server and my tips prove it.”

• The restroom was clean.
• Service was horrible.

“The food was over salted and the waitress was just plain rude, every time we said thank you should ignore it as if we had said nothing, instead of offering the standard, "you're welcome". She never asked if I wanted a refill on my drink, my husband had to flag her down in order to get a refill on his, and she practically abandoned the area we were sitting while my husband waited to be asked which desert he was going to have. (This was the full course dinner deal, so his desert was included). The attitude of this waitress and her neglect totally destroyed my experience. It is strange that this happened because a friend of mine had told me that spumonis had good food, but bad service, and I thought perhaps her experience was an isolated incident, unfortunately it was not isolated. I guess the management at spumonis take for granted that lots of people show up to eat there, so they don't think they have to regulate the attitudes of their wait staff. Threes just no excuse for what happened...”

• The food was great!.
• Loud - although some people like that.

“The clam sauce is the best I've had anywhere! The Zuppa is especially delicious! Also the lasagna was so good that we now buy it by the full pan for every family function! The kids meal was great too - my son got a drink and an ice cream free with his meal. We'll defiantly go back for more.”
