• Everything is on the menu: Bison, Elk, Salmon, Chicken, Pasta.
• No Negatives.

“The food is very eclectic, Pacific Rim, and Asian influences, to earthy Tuscan fare. The Service is first rate, knowledgeable yet relaxed.”

• The servers are all thoroughly briefed on what's being served that night.
• If you don't have a reservation, you might not get in.

“I live in Pinehurst and Elliot's is one of my most favorite restaurants. If I want to be sure I or my guests have great (and creative) food, an elegant but friendly atmosphere, and an all around lively and good time, Elliot's is the place. Mark, the owner, is personally present and makes an appearance at all the tables most nights. It has a European flair with an American heartiness. Get a table next to the windows and enjoy the scenic view. And to think, the building was originally a poultry processing plant (the bar in the cooler!), and later a variety store that also sold caskets! Atmosphere abounds!”
