“There was a hair in my omelet. When the waitress couldn't figure out how to take the omelet off the bill and didn't want to take our credit card because the amount was now too low she said know what lunch is on me. And never come here again. And, oh yeah, like I needed her to tell me to never go back to that pit. Mugs use to be a great neighborhood eatery but the new owners are rude and the place is disgusting and dirty. A sign on the door says, Please tip on the whole bill. Everyone knows it's not necessary to tip on the tax but most of us do it anyway. They have a sign posted on the front door telling customers this. Unbelievable. Worst restaurant I've ever been to.”

• LOVED the food, not a single complaint.
• The ambience's needs a little work, but who cares when the food is delicious.

“We went to Nonna's in July 2009 after passing it on the street and we were VERY happy with our meal! Having no idea what to expect, we were a little put off by the entrance door (no windows, doesn't look like an entrance at all), and upon entering the restaurant at 7:30pm on a Friday night, we were one of only a couple tables. We were nervous that we'd made the wrong choice; we couldn't even smell food cooking. But miraculously we had a wonderful waiter, fantastic service, and delicious food. Get the lobster ravioli if you're into seafood, there are huge amounts of lobster meat in large ravioli! The owner is a wonderful man who will chat with you about the specials for the evening and you can tell he knows his menu very well. Help make this restaurant flourish by dining with them; it's too good to be almost empty on a Friday night.”

• Great sandwiches and sangria.
• Atmosphere a little dark could use some cheery decor.

“Hot roast beef and cheddar sandwiches with brown gravy that you dream about days later and have to go back 4 more. The BEST white Sangria ever!”
