• Open air rooftop seating.
• Foreign object in food.

“People I worked with wanted to go here - because of the name and its rooftop seating. I would not waste my time again going to this restaurant. Foreign objects in friend's pasta. My food nothing to recommend it.”

• On a Wednesday night they close too early.

“Great margaritas. We order the Baja special combination and it was amazing. My partner and I definitely be back.”

• For the amount of food their prices.
• Because they cook fresh it took a little long.

“They moved to 100 York Street only 90 Yards away the place is brand new with a great bar and of course I had to have a large Sangria the Portuguese food was excellent lots to choose from I tried their new dish Steak-on-the Stone a large piece of filet mignon it was delicious I also had the Portuguese Chou rice for appetizer and a Portuguese coffee. In the past I had their Paella it takes a good appetite to finish it. I really love their brand new restaurant.”

“I have been here 3 times over the past two years and always came away happy and satisfied. The steaks are done to perfection and the service is smoothly excellent. Situated in a converted brownstone building, with extensive interior renovations and flourishes, the entire experience is the equal of any in Chicago or Manhattan for atmosphere and charm of a more gracious time. .”

“Without a doubt the worst pizza I have ever had. Waited an hour for delivery to end up eating half a slice and throwing the rest away. The vegetables felt sandy like if they hadn't been washed. In one word, inedible.”

• Behavior of People working there (2 of who I came across) & the food.

“The food was not heated properly. I requested for making my en tree spicy, but I guess that was asking for too much. The service was horrible and the person taking the order was arguing and said that I should have informed him before if it was not warm enough. Like he doesn't know the food should be HOT enough before serving it. I was also enlightened that NONE OF THE DISHES SERVED AT THIS RESTAURANT ARE PREPARED FRESHLY. They all are pre made. They also said, ALL Restaurants do that, no one prepares fresh food. I am not into restaurant business, may be this is true that foods in restaurant are not prepared fresh, but at least all other restaurants I have been to make sure what changes I have requested, they meet them. I wonder if at cafe Spice they make all dishes before hand, and if any customer requests any changes in a dish (more spicy, less oil, no onions, etc.), they simply ignore it as these dishes are all made before hand. A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! Also, all the entree's have the same flavor, whether you have paneer or mixed veg or any of the meats. I DON'T recommend this restaurant. The people working there were very arrogant, at least the ones I unfortunately came across tonight.”

• Good food.
• A little pricey.

“The food's great; It's Italian food, with the emphasis on seafood. The lunch folks like those 'personal pizzas' and I must agree that a pitcher of beer, a personal pizza and a smooth cigar are hard to beat! The big draw is the ability to sit outside on the pier with view of the marina and the Manhattan skyline behind. Price-wise, it's more of a 'dinner' oriented place. I'd say the price is middle-of-the-road, neither a bargain nor a robbery.”

• The food is good portioned and delicious.
• It's very small.

“The food is really fantastic. The only bad thing about the place is that it is tiny... if your going to have more than 5 I suggest that u make a reservation, this way your sure to actually get a seat, especially on the weekend evenings. Other than that, the food is flavorful, and authentic Italian style! They also have a Valet parking service.”

• Big screen TV. for all the sports!
• Small bathrooms.

“This establishment is great! The staff is attentive to you from the time you sit till the time you leave. The management is extremely professional and will accommodate you any way they can.”

• Areas available for parties with discounted parking in building after 4PM.
• Only open weekends for private parties.

“Great place to kick back & have fun!! Great value for food & drinks! Rosie Radigans is located steps away from the path, light rail & water taxi in downtown Jersey City.3 bar areas & 1 has a giant TV screen great for watching games! The atmosphere was friendly”
