• Food was good.
• Place felt like a graveyard!

“The menu only had half the items available! The place was dead! The cook to way to long to get us our food. Food was good! Bartender was nice! Looks like its just a wastes of a great location, and nice place. The owners must not care, there is places in town, that really do good business on Thursday nights and sell a lot of food, and drinks. This place was dead. Needs new ownership probably!”

• Can get a bit loud, rough on first impression.

“I loved this place! First introduced to me by my fiance as 'the pagan biker bar' I was excited to go and it turned out we go at least twice a month! Great jukebox (we're big metal fans, but they have a smattering of no doubt, some country, etc), two pool tables and darts, plus pinball. Very nice and cute bartenders, these girls know how to run the place and make a drink as strong or sweet as you like, and I'm always impressed with the prices. The food there is also really good, and the only place in town I'd go to with a kitchen open till 1 am for a full menu. Great atmosphere, food, drinks, all around always an awesome time.”

• Soups.
• Wings are always fried too much and tough.

“What is the problem with getting good servers? You do have some don't get me wrong. She is lousy! Bill would have never let that happen. Too bad you can't get the good servers you do have outside as well. Cheers to the good servers. They are the only reason will still go there besides the soups.”

• Relaxed home feel.
• Service time.

“The bar in the center of the room gives it more of an adult feel. The food is wonderful. The only bad thing was the servers lack of attention. I did not feel like we were a high priority to her.”

• The food. The staff were great.
• Nothing.

“In my 3 months in Lancaster County, the Texas Roadhouse was probably my best food experience! I probably went about 6 times (I was living at the Lancaster Host Resort down the road at the time; temporarily assigned by my company, R.R. Donnelley & Co. to their Lancaster facility because of damage to our NY building after 911!) This was in 2002. But even though I am writing this now, in 2007, I really remember my good times at your restaurant, starting with the food, of course. But I did not have one bad event with any of your staff either; they were great! Hope to come back again in the future.”

• They are anxious to accolade patrons in any way possible.
• It's not "instant" food; dont go when you're rushed.

“I've been to this restaurant many times on vacations. The food is fantastic if you want to take a break from dieting. Butter and cream are used in many recipes. They have home made everything. Their breads, cakes and other deserts are so good. Everything is served hot/cold as desired, employees are anxious to please. Families are very welcome. It's hard to choose what to order because everything you order tastes great!”

• Nice deck atmosphere.
• Lousy waitress.

“We had the worst waitress. My meal was supposed to include cole slaw. When the waitress didn't bring any, I asked her for some. She said she would, but it never came. After asking a second time, she said she'd get it, but went on serving other people and never brought it. She never even apologized when she brought the check. She also had a crappy attitude. I don't think I'll go back, even though we've eaten there before.”

• The service was outstanding.
• Long waiting time. But the food is so good.

“We had the chicken masala and it was piping hot and delicious! She recommended and outstanding wine that paired perfectly with our dish and because of her hospitality we even stayed for dessert.”

• The food is excellent.
• You don't get a lot for your money.

“My husband and I went there for Valentine's Day and I enjoyed it. The food is quite good. Although the prices are rather high for the amount of food you get. The atmosphere was great and the service seemed fine to me.”

• Service, food, martinis, socializing.
• Not kid-friendly.

“I love coming here, whether it's for a quick bite at lunch or a nice, romantic dinner and cocktails. The service is superb and I especially enjoy the drinks. The bar staff is genius; they make the best martinis and are very friendly. Sharon, the downstairs bartender, is great. She makes you feel at home and is very accommodating. I wouldn't recommend the belvedere to take the kids to, as it is more of a place for adults but I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great meal and drinks with terrific service.”

• Very friendly personable staff. Excellent steak tip sandwich, hard pressed to find one that surpasses this gem of a sandwich.
• No separation from "bar acoustics" when seated in the restaurant area. $ need to be invested in upkeep.

“What keeps me coming back, time and time again. Great little hometown bar/restaurant atmosphere. Very friendly, personable staff. Excellent steak tip sandwich, hard pressed to find one that surpasses this gem of a sandwich. On the negative side. No separation from "bar acoustics" when seated in the restaurant area. $ need to be invested on upkeep and ventilation. Walk out at times smelling like an ashtray. All in all, this is a great place to satisfy your cravings for a bite to eat, knocking back a few with your friends or just enjoying the entertainment that goes on around you. The owner is usually present and keeps a watchful eye on things so you can sit back and relax during your visit.”

• Line dancing beside customer¿s tables was a bit bizarre and glad they weren't next to my table! Must be an American thing!

• horrible service, food overpriced

“We went there for a special occasion and I will NEVER go back. The food was good, but not for the price they were selling it at the atmosphere was nice the service was HORRIBLE!! They reserved split tables for the party and never told us! and we were separated by a busy pathway we couldn't even talk to one another. The staff did not know the contents of the menu and rarely came to check on us or refill beverages. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!”
