• Food.
• Management.

“We called to check on the prices on birthday discounts and were told it would be $10.00 and when we arrived it would not be honored (was given a small percentage). Another visit we called ahead about a entertainment book coupon on the phone you said it would be honored and when we arrived it was not honored. We understand times are tough but we have been loyal customers for over twenty years. We will no longer frequent your establishment.”

• Everything is fresh and cooked before your eyes.
• It's in a food court.

“Best "Philly cheese steaks" for miles. Their French fries are cut fresh and absolutely incredible. I have been eating them regularly for years. You can't go wrong.”

• Great beer, good happy hour.
• Early closing time upstairs.

“The upstairs/downstairs atmosphere makes this place very versatile. The brewer makes one of the best IPA's I've ever had.”

• Food was very good.
• Not much for a vegetarian, for a new customer, parking is confusing.

“Our meal was a pleasure. We made reservations, but it was early and at the time we dined the restaurant was not crowded. This gave us a quiet dining experience. Our waitress was attentive and knowledgeable. Rockwell's is known for their steaks but we decided on two seafood entries. Both were very good. This was our first visit, but I don't think it will be our last. It would be a wonderful place for a private party. Because of the location in the Oliver House and the Maumee Bay Brewing Company just downstairs, I think it would be a perfect place for a rehearsal dinner, retirement party or any special occasion.”
