• We loved the food!
• They need more parking everybody is here all the time!

“We have eaten at The Hershey Pantry twice while we have visited Hershey. Both times were exemplary. One time was breakfast, which I understand is their forte. The second time at lunch we were seated, by coincidence, at the very table we had been the first time. Everything was scrumptious. We loved that it was busy and the servers were hustling. But this place is popular for some reason, people! It was great!”

• Great service - great portions - great prices - cozy atmosphere.
• Parking.

“The lasagna with a side order of hot sausage doesn't get any better. Im 63 and have lived coast to coast and Lucys is the BEST Italian cooking in the United States.”

• Great Service, great food, great place to unwind and watch some sports.
• It can be a smoky atmosphere at times.

“The Penn hotel has a big menu, with reasonable prices. All the meat is fresh and the service is excellent. Try the sausage and honey it is amazing (if you like moderately spicy foods).”

• Service was bad enough the food didn't matter.

“We've been there a handful of times in the last 2 years, and only that often because we keep giving them a chance to improve their service! It's poor every time from the server to the (lack of) management. All tend to disregard you if they have something better to do like stand around and talk to each other. They probably get so many one-time tourists (which they should be thankful for) who they don't need to impress because chances are, they're not going to be back anyway. Not all YP's are like that. We've had our last visit to this one. There are plenty of other places nearby.”

• Best filet and crab cake ever eaten.
• Smoke from bar comes into eating areas a bit too much.

“The best filet mignon and crab cake ever! The steak was perfectly seasoned and the crab cake was all lump crab meat. Hot, crisp rolls were served with butter. I highly recommend the spinach and artichoke dip. Delicious!”

• Quantity and quality of food.
• Hard to find.

“We went to Hershey for the weekend for Hershey park two weeks ago. The hotel recommended this for good homemade Italian food and they were right. A little hard to find because it isn't well lit, but it was worth it.”

• Service slow.

“Been going there for years whenever I am in the area. Great food (especially in the Italian line) but the service is always slow and inattentive no matter how crowded or empty the place is.”

“Food is excellent - at least what I had! Service was poor. The first day, the waitress was very slow and forgot a lot of things. Food did take a very long time to come out, so make sure you leave plenty of time! The second day, we had a different waitress. She was fine until she dropped a whole tray of drinks down someone's back. She gave a quiet apology and when along her merry way. I know it's embarrassing to do something like that, are we ordered and that person then had to go back to the hotel to change. They didn't do a thing about it. The waitress didn't say another word. A sincere apology before we left would have been nice. The manager didn't even come over to say anything and they didn't even compromise for her meal. I think the service was terrible!”

• A great place to unwind.
• Not always a place for the kiddies. .

“The food is great for the money. It's a great place to kick back and unwind with a beer after work or to catch up with some old friends over a drink. There are TVs everywhere so watching games here is a pleasure. The free popcorn machine in the corner is a nice touch. Overall, it's the closest thing Hershey has to cheers. Try the cheeseburger sub or the sausage and honey. .”

• Service, food.
• Pricey.

“My friends and I would go there after work almost every Friday niter for drinks and food. We always had a great time just hanging out. Everyone was always nice, our food always hot!!!!!! They have a bar section and a "family" type room for gathering. Hope you enjoy the place as much as we did!”

• The atmosphere and delicious food combinations.
• Was a bit noisy at lunch time, the place was packed.

“My friend and I just tried this adorable cafe for lunch and our server actually light the candles which made us feel so relaxed. I enjoyed one of the weekly lunch specials, a strawberry feta salad, the asparagus made it a wonderful tasty treat. I ordered a special flavored cold tea and it was served in a wine flute, I think it was orange blossom white tea, very delicious. The decorations made this place exceptionally charming and warm. Please stop by the Palmdale Cafe for a meal. We will being going back again next week. ”
