• The food, the service, the atmosphere.
• Only one the small, cramped parking lot.

“My wife and I have been regular customers there for five years and have never experienced a bad meal. In our opinion, they offer the best Chinese food in this. Their Hunan sauces are outstanding (try the Hunam Shrimp) and the Chinese Steak and Mongolian Beef are outstanding. The staff is always friendly and service is always excellent. We've never had a bad meal there.”

• Good soup.
• Don't use the restrooms.

“We have dined here for years and refuse to go back! First of all - they don't make you feel welcomed any more, the entire staff is so cold. The restrooms are horrendous. We have much better options in the West Burbs for Asian food: The new veins at crocker, & Asian wok in Westlake, of Changs on the east side!”

• The best Asian cuisin in Cleveland, friendly service, great chow, reasonable price.
• None I can think of.

“We went to Pearl of the Orient last Saturday and they were packed. We ordered drinks and were delivered promptly. Then the friendly server recommended sushi and were really fresh and tasty, much better then the average sushi place. Then she recommended a Filet Mignon with ginger mushroom sauce, it practically melts in your mouth. And the Spicy River Prawns, which is a Vietnamese dish were just sumptuous. We share a Pad Thai Noodle and it was DELICIOUS! For desert, we tried an apple caramel egg roll with vanilla bean ice cream, the warm egg roll and cold ice cream make a great combination. I would visit there again with my book club.”
