• Nice location.
• Poor food and awkward service.

“The Cafe Beethoven has all the potential in the world to be a great little spot good for sharing a piece of cake with your date, or stopping by with your children to have a cookie. Only problem is, I have been there 3 times and each time the baked goods taste like they came out of my mother-in-law's freezer and that is not a good thing. Plus, while the staff is friendly, it is awkward that you have to order from the counter would it be that inconvenient for them to come to your table? Also, the sign that says "place order before sitting at table" or something like that makes you feel like you're being scolded. It's a shame, because this could be a quaint, cute place.”

• The food, the selection, the changing items, the catering, the staff, family friendly.
• I have nothing to add here.

“I absolutely love the Chatham sandwich shop! We often eat here for breakfast lunch and have also used their catering service. We love their food and absolutely love the staff. They could not be more friendly or accommodating. They make you feel like this is your place and they're just there to help. We love it and can't say enough about it. It's also a fantastic place to go with kids. My 2 1/2 year old loves when we go there. Go in, enjoy your meal and a smile and leave happy. .”

• Food Consistency!
• Atmosphere could be updated. Appearance looks a little run down and dirty.

“I love the food here. I work in Chatham and frequently visit. The food is consistent as well as the service and prices. Wonderful - don't change!”

• Small parking lot on site. More available on side streets.

• Salads are okay.
• Entrees are awful! delivery charge, even for big orders.

“Food is getting worse all the time. Hospital staff place frequent orders. Pasta is overcooked. sandwiches are all bread, no meat. Never order fish. Staff have become ill. Salads are okay but inconsistent.”
